With increasing numbers of cremations, options available to our clients for dealing with the cremated remains of a loved one have become more varied.
Our funeral directors will be able to advise you of the different options available, whether this is for the burial of ashes in a churchyard, garden of remembrance or designated woodland burial site, scattering in a location the deceased may have fond memories of, or alternatively, options available for the long term retention of cremated remains.
We will also be able to provide guidance in selecting a suitable receptacle, whether this be a simple cardboard scattering tube, a wooden casket, an urn or a keepsake locket or pendant to retain a small portion of the ashes.
Many other options are available. If you want something different, such as ashes into fireworks, water dispersible urns or even a miniature viking boat to set alight on water, then please ask.
